All of the employees were very friendly and professional. The dealership was clean and well kept. The price I paid for my 2013 Honda Civic ES was very fair. This is the way all car dealerships should be run. It was obvious that our salesman, Brandon Howard, really cared about us. A great experience and I plan to shop here for my next new car purchase and I will definitely recommend Mike Pruitt Honda to all my friends and family.

Maurice took us out on a test drive, explained the details of the car and went over all the operational need-to-knows. Although by this time, the dealership was closed, people were tired and wanting to go home, neither Maurice nor Sherry made us feel as if we were imposing or keeping them from something more important, and in the end, we left with the car we thought we couldn’t have. I am very happy with our experience at MPH.
This is the third Honda I have leased from Mike Pruitt, so I feel like I am dealing with “family” rather than a group of strangers. Buying or leasing a vehicle can be very stressful and I have experienced that with previous purchases from other dealers, that is not the case with this purchase. I was helped immediately upon arrival, & Lynn greeted me like I was an old friend – this is the second lease Lynn has handled for me. I was informed of each document I needed to sign and what it represented by both Lynn & Tom, and the process moved along smoothly during a busy time in the showroom. Lynn took the time to go over all of the features of the car so I would be comfortable during the test drive & of course when I left the dealership with my new car. I will recommend Mike Pruitt Honda & Lynn to my friends, family & co-workers looking for a new car. I will, of course, be back in 36 months for a new one myself.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Jacob Decker was very helpful, showing us several cars along with the one we had originally come to see. Jacob never pressured us and was helpful in finishing off all of the final details once we made the purchase. All in all a great experience!!
Most people including my wife and I consider buying cars as somewhat stressful as it rates 2nd to buying a house. Anytime you’re spending a considerable amount of money. Janice and I for the first time in our lives decided to our two vehicles at the same time. We had narrowed the brand we were going to buy down to two, either a Honda or a Toyota. I wanted a coupe or sports edition and Janice wanted a sedan, so we were looking at the Honda Accord Sedan EXL and Coupe and the Toyota Camry XLE and SE. I ultimately went for the Honda Accord Coupe and my wife initially was going to get the Toyota Camry XLE, however Toyota had to order the vehicle since they had none on their lot that matched what she wanted on the car. While we were dealing for my Honda Accord Coupe, the service we were getting from Ed Bell and getting the opportunity to meet Jason, Marvin, Jacob, Dave G., Tom Brown and Justin Miller my wife was starting to reconsidered her decision. Ultimately my wife reconsidered and we came home with the Accord Sedan EXL this evening. She reconsidered because of the people working at the dealership and the service we were getting from Ed and others. So give all your staff at Mike Pruitt Honda a big slap on the back and an atta boy because they are the reason we bought both cars from your dealership. Ed Bell was a great sales person and it was a pleasure dealing with him.
